Mako: Island of Secrets is a fantasy-adventure television series about a group of mermaids who reside on the magical island of Mako. It was produced by Jonathan M. Shiff and originally aired on Network Ten in Australia.

The logo of the "Mako: Island of Secrets" TV series was made with Argos George, a decorative font designed by Dieter Steffmann, and is considered a revival of the Argos typeface created by Belgian designer Georges Lemmen in 1908.
