International Ski Federation (FIS) is the international governing body for competitive skiing, overseeing various disciplines such as alpine skiing, cross-country skiing, ski jumping, and freestyle skiing.
The current FIS logo, introduced in 1993, depicts two tracks in the snow symbolizing the dynamic and fast-paced nature of ski sports. The logo's yellow and blue colors represent the vibrant competitions and ideal outdoor conditions, while the wordmark "FIS" is written in Frutiger Bold font designed by Adrian Frutiger.
