Suicide Squad is an American superhero film based on the DC Comics team Suicide Squad distributed by Warner Bros. Pictures. The story is based on a group of prisoners who join a task force called "Suicide Squad" to wipe out any evidence of the enormous alien starfish Starro the Conqueror on an island in South America. The The Suicide Squad movie logo, which was first seen at Comic Con in 2015, is shown at the end of the trailer.

The font used for the logo is most probably Akzidenz Grotesk Bold Condensed. Berthold Type Foundry released Accidenz-Grotesk in 1896 as a grotesque typeface.
